If there were more stars available I would give them. Whitny helped us negotiate our home purchase from 800 miles away. She coordinated inspections and kept us informed all along the way. Any glitch in the process there was a call or a text from Whitny explaining the situation and what was happening to fix it. We have worked with other agents on properties that didnt work out and there was nobody more helpful, caring and communicative than Whitney. I don't plan on buying another home but if I do, i assure you my first call will be to Whitny.

If there were 10 stars I would absolutely give this wonderful young lady all 10. My wife and I were so lucky to have Whitny as our realtor. Whitny found us a house with more than what we asked for and less than what we wanted to pay and she did it all in around 30 days. Yes 30 days, from looking to closing. She went way above and beyond her duties as a realtor, we lived in New Hampshire at the time and she took care of everything. She even orchestrated the closing of our New Hampshire house with the closing of our new Florida house. Amazing, just absolutely amazing. I could never imagine buying a house without Whitny Loughry.

Life has a funny way of taking the best laid plans and treating them like a vegan who has stumbled into a Brazilian Buffet, with an all you can eat coupon that allows you to take home leftovers. My wife got her dream job at one of Florida’s elite schools. Not here to debate that with any one because this review isn’t about higher education and the benefits of student debt and a 2-11 season. I digress. My Bride was delivered, by me, to an air b n b so she could start her new job and find us a home in her free time. I returned to Utah to get our house sold, secure a transfer and get ready to live my best life. Day 63 of this journey and still no house, an extension on the air bnb (2k a month) and at my age, living the life of a geographical bachelor is highly overrated. Did I mention she took all of our pets with her? I felt like a 7 year old who got a puppy on the 3rd night of Hanukkah, instead of socks, then had to send the puppy to live with our uncle who scoffs at the Kosher life. So if you’re still reading this review I think you understand that this was a delicate situation and the stress level was getting close to the danger level. The type of stress one experiences when your local Waffle House abandons the cook top because the hurricane is actually a threat. This is where Miss Whitny steps into the picture. Well honestly she had been on the hunt from day 14. She showed over 27 properties, answered more questions than a 12 year old MENSA prodigy conducting a Q&A at a Ted Talk and made every hurdle, obstacle, and unnecessary roadblock fade away with ease. Miss Whitny was the only reason we stayed the course, didn’t commit any class B felonies or put hands on people we found worthy of a reminder the customer always comes first. Buying a home is never a simple process. I’ve had pre deployment physicals that have left me feeling less violated than the screening process of buying a new place to call home. Without Miss Whitny I would be writing this review for U-Haul thanking them for the pleasure of moving my stuff backs across the country on short notice. If you are looking for an Agent that isn’t afraid to take any challenge head on, be a life coach, via text, and will stand by you from start to finish to ensure you get what you want look no further. I’m not a proponent for violence, but I would fight anybody who says Miss Whitny isn’t in the top 5% of all the Florida agents. Reality is, today, she isn’t rated like that but if she isn’t in the next 10 years I will come back and edit that part of this review. Miss Whitny is hands down been the best part of our home buying Journey. You have the ability to choose any agent you want but don’t pass on having Miss Whitny in your corner. If we ever have to buy another home I know I will be in good hands. Shame on you google for limiting me to only 5 stars. Miss Whitny deserves 12 out of 10 stars.

Wow. There simply aren't adequate words to express how wonderful Ms. Whitny is. I've never bought a house before, and I knew there were a lot of hoops to jump through but aside from Ms. Whitny, this process has been ridiculously difficult and outrageously frustrating. I'm a tough cookie, but if it were not for this beautiful soul I would have thrown my hands up and walked away. Ms. Whitny went above and beyond any expectations. She put so much effort, patience and persistent into working through the myriad of crazy requirements that I now consider her an honorary daughter!
